Brand Identity Designer

Full-time

What you'll do

  • Own brand identity engagements end-to-end — research, exploration, refinement, documentation.
  • Work directly with founders. No layers, no telephone.
  • Define the visual world: wordmark, palette, typography, voice, illustration and photographic direction.
  • Hand back brand books an in-house team can actually use.

Who you are

  • 3+ years shipping brand identity work — agency or in-house.
  • A portfolio with multiple identities you've taken from zero to live.
  • Comfortable owning process — research, design, and presenting to founders.
  • You can write. Voice and verbal identity are part of the work.

Interaction Design Intern

Internship · 3–6 months

What you'll do

  • Design product features, marketing pages, social systems and visual assets across live client engagements.
  • Pair with senior designers on every project — learn by shipping, not by watching.
  • Move between UI/UX, visual and brand work. We don't believe in lanes at this stage.
  • Get your name on the work. We credit interns publicly.

Who you are

  • Final-year design student or recent grad — or self-taught with a portfolio to back it.
  • Sharp on interaction and visual range — both matter.
  • Curiosity over polish at this stage. We'll help you grow.
  • Available 4–6 days/week for 3–6 months. Paid stipend.
