- Hand back brand books an in-house team can actually use.

- 3+ years shipping brand identity work — agency or in-house.
- A portfolio with multiple identities you've taken from zero to live.
- Comfortable owning process — research, design, and presenting to founders.
- You can write. Voice and verbal identity are part of the work.
