Take Blend from a name to a live, shipping app: identity, product and code, all delivered inside the founder's launch window.

01The challenge

Pre launch. No brand, no app, no roadmap to a working product. Just a name and a tight window. And a category that punishes anything clinical or overcute.

Founders don't have time for a brand book waiting on a designer waiting on a developer. So we owned every layer: naming the visual world, designing the daily loop, writing the production code. One team, one trajectory, no handoff delays.

02What we did

Brand identity from zero (wordmark, palette, type, illustration, voice), delivered in rounds the team could actually review between investor calls.
End to end app design: onboarding, daily prompts, shared streaks, and a home surface that earns the second open.
Production build, shipped: clean, performant, iOS and Android ready.
Validated the core daily loop with real couples before a line of production code.
Handed back a tight design system the team can keep extending without losing the through line.

03The outcome

Blend went from name to live app inside the founder's launch window. Because brand, design and engineering came from one room, there were no handoff delays; the work moved fast and stayed coherent. The founding team's focus stayed on go to market, not on the agency.
