Push a developer-loved analytics tool further. Design the next features in the roadmap, rebuild the marketing site to turn technical visitors into signups — and do it inside a fundraise.

01The challenge

Middleware was working. Developers liked it, the data was sharp, and the early traction was real. But the roadmap was full, the marketing site was bleeding signups, and the team was mid-raise. Slow wasn't an option.

Two jobs, one engagement: design the next features developers were actually asking for, and rebuild the marketing surface so the pitch lands in seconds — not paragraphs.

02What we did
  • Designed the next phase of the product — new dashboards, deeper engineering analytics, deployment tracking and team-level reporting.
  • Rebuilt the marketing website end-to-end — sharper positioning, an honest hero, every section earning its place.
  • Stress-tested every feature with the engineering team before a pixel of production code shipped.
  • Extended the design system so the in-house team can keep building consistently after we hand it back.
03The outcome

The new features extended what Middleware does without diluting what made it loved. The site moved demo, pricing and signup up the page — every section now earns its weight. The work supported a $1M pre-seed and left the team with a foundation they can keep shipping on.
